Thai Yoga Massage – It’s not what you think!
Thai Yoga Bodywork or Mindful Touch Bodywork is where traditional Thai Massage meets Cranio-Sacral Biodynamics and Osteopathy. It is gentle yet powerful.
Thai yoga massage can be described as body balancing, soul soothing and nervous system regulating.
Mindful Touch bodywork is an evolving practice with its roots in Thai massage and the Buddhist practices of Mindfulness and Metta Bhavana or loving kindness meditation. However, it is fluid: there are dynamic rocking movements, moments of stillness, applied yoga stretches and acupressure. It offers a deeper listening of the body, a mindful awareness, and works with the energy or SEN lines (Meridians) to promote the flow of Qi (chi) and bring balance to body, mind and spirit.
Thai massage is a holistic therapy that treats the whole person bringing the receiver back to a place of balance or homeostasis.

A Thai Yoga treatment improves overall wellbeing and regulates the nervous system. It also treats specific conditions such as:
- headaches / migraines;
- joint pain;
- lower back issues;
- digestive complaints;
- insomnia;
- anxiety.
Often a deep sense of peace is felt during and after a treatment.
