Rebecca Mangala Yoga

Embodied Menopause: Nervous system support through Yin Somatics, Restorative Yoga & Mindfulness

Reclaim your power – feel grounded, calm and connected through perimenopause

Welcome

Feeling anxious, exhausted, like your body isn’t yours anymore?

I see you. I’ve been there too.

I’m Rebecca, and I’ve spent the last few years supporting women through [peri]menopause. If you’re waking up tired, your mind won’t settle, or your body feels unfamiliar and unpredictable – you’re not broken, you’re transforming. It’s not YOU. It’s your HORMONES!

You don’t need another complicated routine. You need gentle yoga, simple breathing practices, and mindful movement – a system that actually fits into your life. Small shifts that help you feel calm, grounded, and more like you again.

My classes, courses, and retreats are about coming home to yourself – your strength, your wisdom, your ability to heal. No perfection required, just compassionate support from someone who truly gets it.

Rebecca xx

I have been practising yoga with Becky for over a year and I find her in depth knowledge combined with her passion to educate both inspiring and empowering. I have recently been focusing on yin yoga with Becky. This is having a very positive impact on my physical and spiritual health: the sessions have a wonderfully calming effect on my mind and my body. Becky is everything you would want in a yoga teacher.

I was very sceptical about Yoga and wasn't sure it would be my kind of thing. I signed up for a taster class with Becky and I'm now very lucky and grateful to be part of a wonderful practice that provides a sanctuary of calming, mentally balancing and thoughtful sessions. Becky is a beautiful knowlegable teacher who gently helps you with every step you take. Mangala Yoga is the perfect place to have authentic special yoga sessions and I highly recommend it to everyone 🧘‍♀️

Rebecca was so kind warm and welcoming that I felt instantly relaxed and at home. I was so relieved that I was not alone with all I had been feeling and experiencing in this journey. Rebecca is so knowledgeable through her own experience - I found it so helpful for me too. I left both workshops feeling so relaxed calm and happy that I did. But most importantly, much more informed about the physical and mental symptoms of the menopause.

Rebecca gently held the space for all of us to feel really at home and comfortable. Rebecca, was truly supportive and gentle with all of us, and the poses we fell into were divine. She shared acupuncture points with the group, and one of them I still use when I am stretching at home. The day was a mixture of discussion and yoga with acupressure weaved in when necessary to help with menopause. I left Rebecca’s workshop calm, happy and very grateful for the experience. Thank you.

Becky holds such a gorgeous space in her classes. Calm & beautiful. She’s knowledgeable and kind, and focuses on everyone in the room. I would highly recommend Rebecca Mangala Yoga 🧘‍♀️

Becky is super patient and kind, making sure everyone gets the most out of each session, no matter what their level. I never expected to get so much from yoga practice, but both my mental and physical health have improved considerably. And my Mum, who is almost 80 (sorry Mum xx) and a complete novice, has recently joined the 'Yoga for Active Ageing' class. She finds the breathing exercises particularly helpful when she needs to relax. I would highly recommend Mangala Yoga for all!
Rebecca
Rebecca is a wonderful yoga teacher. I felt very relaxed afterwards and I love the chanting that she includes in the practice. I highly recommend Mangala Yoga if you are a beginner or experienced with yoga.

Rebecca is a great ambassador for yoga, always a pleasure taking her classes. She is clear and concise and exudes the effervescence yoga can give. Always ready with a smile, advice or good humour Rebecca is a good person to know and be taught by. Would thoroughly recommend!

Ever since learning and practising yoga with Rebecca, she had made me feel completely at ease and comfortable - to the point of serenity in her sessions. I enjoy the energy of the group sessions, and I particularity get a lot out of the one on one sessions - there is a lot to be gained from Becky's expertise and gentle encouragement.

As a complete beginner, Rebecca has supportively guided me in my yoga journey so far. She has enabled me to feel powerful in the yoga poses, but more importantly, she has taught me to be aware of, and to be kind to my body. After each session I feel energised and peacefully happy.
Kelly
Since practising yoga with Rebecca my posture, strength and overall flexibility have improved as I am more in tune with what my body needs, and what I am capable of.
Sue
I feel calmer and I have a clearer mind for my day job as well as reduced anxiety. There is something about yoga that makes me feel like home. Rebecca has so much knowledge, patience and passion for yoga - I come away from classes learning something new and useful to carry with me through the week. I would recommend yoga to anyone, especially women navigating the changes of midlife.
Lorna
Just wanted to say thank you for the reminder in class about prioritising ourselves and turning inwards because we already have everything we need. I love how class is led with compassion and kindness. You create such a beautiful, safe space and I am so grateful. Thank you - I appreciate you.

I regularly go to Rebecca's Yin class. I love the way she teaches - giving clear instructions and guidance personalised to me. She makes me feel confident and happy in my abilities. Her classes are unhurried and she is patient. Her classes are authentic and she loves sharing the teachings of yoga with you. I especially love the poems and readings whilst we practise the Yin poses. After class I always have a sense of calm within body and mind. She has also helped me to achieve a better attitude towards my body.
Ali
I found Rebecca's classes really suited my ability whilst also catering for those at different levels of experience and flexibility. Although I moved into postures more slowly than others in the class, Rebecca's guidance gave me the confidence to keep going rather than feel any pressure to look like others. Rebecca provides excellent classes that lead you through strength and mobility whilst also calming the mind. Her classes are so friendly and welcoming.

Thank you so much for the session yesterday for Priestley X Warrington Wolves' Development Academy. The team and I thoroughly enjoyed the session. For me personally, it has been the highlight of my week and was such a fantastic hour. Rebecca's session and her tailored delivery to support the girls with their recovery was both outstanding and really beneficial. Thanks so much!
Laura
Rebecca is the safe space every woman needs for support, goals and generally voicing honest feelings. I am not a ‘typical’ yoga lady, but this course is suitable for everyone. Whether you’ve never stretched in your life or you’re a pro. She can adjust her advice and movement to suit everyone, it is literally a tailored help guide, just for you to feel a bit more in touch with you, again, which - it turns out - a lot of us need.
