The classes I teach focus on courage, compassion and connection. We explore the breath, asana and the spaces in between. The breath is a point of focus as well as mindful moves and soulfulness. It’s not so much the shape as the journey into the shape that matters. The inward journey; the journey of the Self to the Self. It’s all about self discovery and soul connection.
