I teach creative, inclusive, mindful yoga with a focus on stability, mobility and connection. The inward connection that we can explore through breath, yoga asana or postures and the spaces in between. The breath is a point of focus as well as cultivating mindfulness, joyfulness and a friendly curiosity. We are getting to know these bodies and finding our way back home.

I have been practising yoga with Becky for over a year and I find her in depth knowledge combined with her passion to educate both inspiring and empowering.
I have recently been focusing on yin yoga with Becky. This is having a very positive impact on my physical and spiritual health: the sessions have a wonderfully calming effect on my mind and my body.

Bec is a great teacher. She takes the time to help you get into the correct alignment and shows you how to adapt poses to your level. I feel under her guidance I really improved as the time went on.
I love the short inspirational readings she does between poses in the yin yoga class, it’s a lovely little extra that really adds something special to the class.

I went to Rebecca for Thai massage initially due to chronic hip pain but I find that the massage not only helps to ease the pain but also leaves me feeling energised and uplifted for the rest of the day.
